main product line is for promotion, gift and daily necessity. Recently North America,
Europe, Asia and Oceania are our main exporting markets. and we' re increasing
more business in Latin America and Africa.
2 What' s your MOQ? Do you accept small trial order?
Our minimum is different forevery style/color, please contact our customer servicer.
Sample order, trial order, testing order are acceptable.
3 Can we get samples? Any sample fee? And how long will the sample need?
Sure, we always believe that only a specific sample will make your business
perfectly be done. We' II customize samples by charging a certain cost, and we
promise that will be all refunded after order final confirmed. Usually a customized
sample needs 5 workdays.
4 How about the terms of payment?
For sample,1 pc is free,and send the freight T/T to our company bank account.For order, usually T/T 30%
prepayment before production, 70% before shipping or against the copy of B/L.
5 What kind of format do you need if I want my own design?
Software Formats Accepted A1 CS6, PSD., PDF.. To ensure printing effect, please
provide hi-res files. CMYK files if possible. Prefer vector files properly colorized. The
Pantone solid coasted(PMS) formula guide is used to match tonal values of colors
as close as possible an no charge.
6 What certificates do you have?
SGS / BSCI Audit / REACH / MPH Test / PAH Test / Water Resistance / TUV /
European Safety Standard (AZO Free, Low Cadmium, Low Lead).
